This small painting was developed from an exercise in abstraction. It was interesting to note how it gradually settled back into a coastal scene, formed from memories and emotions.
Acrylic ink and acrylic paint on wood panel.

The painted panel is floated in a tray frame with a 5mm shadow gap on all sides. The frame is hand-finished and painted in Farrow & Ball All White (a crisp bright white).
